A brilliant brand idea

Following a series of unforgettable evenings, BIGBOOK takes some time to reflect on a spring and early summer spent enjoying a vast array of curated events in an exceptional space…

Having opened its doors in March last year, the BMW Brand Store on Boulevard de Waterloo has taken a bold step forwards in enriching the experience of both its existing customer base and art aficionados alike.  Having already seen a public topping 90k visitors last year alone, the infamous Munich-born brand launched its now coveted “BMW Art & Design Sessions” in January this year - kicking off the series with an exhibition of Antwerpian photographer Marc Lagrange.

In association with Accessible Art Fair director Stephanie Manasseh and Pascal Young, director of the Young Gallery, Brand Store Manager Alexandre Hauben has ensured that the 1600 sq.m. space continues to enthral and captivate an ever increasing public following - evolving the concept to include the first BMW Music Sessions, exclusively booking US superstar DJ Pierce Fulton on his fleeting tour of Europe.
The sessions have since invited a carefully selected cast of local and international artists and designers to exhibit their work, most recently opening its back doors onto a brand new concept - the ENJOY GARDEN After Work Party, riding the wave of sun-drenched terraces welcoming a thirsty public across the capital.

BIGBOOK suggests you keep an eye on this space, as we have heard that the Brand Store will soon reveal another trick up its proverbial sleeve…
